Purchases are returnable within 30-days of delivery. IF they are in like new, resellable condition. Please call us or e-mail us before returning any item so that we can advise you of appropriate shipping instructions and give you an authorization number. This will insure that the return is handled rapidly and efficiently.

Please ensure that the item is in its original condition including: packaging, manuals, accessories, security seals, etc. Apparel must be unworn and unlaundered new condition.

Shipping Damage: if your parcel is damaged upon receipt, please call us immediately so that we can ship a replacement. We'll handle any claim with the carrier.

Write your return authorization number on the outside of the package.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee.
